I always knew there was something special about Christian Science. From a young age, I aspired to be a full-time practitioner of this healing truth, yearning to help others experience the healing power of God and find freedom from suffering.
After graduating from Stanford University with a BA in economics, I worked five years in my family’s farming and orchard business while listening and praying for next steps toward a career of Christian Science healing. During this time, I prayed for an elderly woman who suffered from arthritis. She got much better and started telling her friends about her progress, who then started calling me for Christian Science treatment. With all the calls for help, I left the family business to enter the full-time practice of Christian Science, and have never looked back.
Since entering the practice in 1987, I have also served The Mother Church as Supervisor of Youth Activities, and later as Manager of the Board of Lectureship. I have written articles for the Christian Science Publishing Society and lectured 19 years for the Christian Science Board of Lectureship.
Teaching Christian Science is a highlight of my work in which I can help others learn how to put the healing truths of Christian Science successfully into practice to demonstrate the healing power of God. Today, I spend my full-time healing and teaching from my home in Richland, Washington, where I live with my wife and from where we stay in touch with our two grown children.
