I’ve always been struck by how Christian Science class instruction effectively rouses in people a deep hunger to understand how Christian healing works and how to bring healing to others. The practice of Christian Science healing is tangible evidence that the Comforter Jesus promised has indeed come again.

Christian Science healing. I love those words! In my teen years, I suffered from a skin condition that would come and go. During this time I studied Christian Science deeply.

After graduating from college and law school, I joined the United States Justice Department as a trial lawyer in the Antitrust Division and then as a special Assistant United States Attorney, prosecuting criminal cases from indictment to jury trial to sentencing. From the beginning of my legal career, whenever I went on my own ambition and talents, I would falter.

A used copy of Science and Health , purchased for ten cents at a book fair, was shared with me by a friend while I was a student at Tulane University. At the time, I was struggling to gain a sense of direction and purpose in my life.

I am a Journal-listed Christian Science practitioner and teacher, who truly enjoys working for God. All of my life, I have looked for spiritual answers.

I have practiced healing prayer for others since 1981. My family came to Christian Science through my dad’s healing of acute depression.

For as long as I can remember, I’ve been a student of Christian Science. As a young kid I enjoyed listening to Bible stories in Sunday School.

In one of my earliest memories, I’m climbing onto my dad’s lap. I wasn’t feeling well and though I don’t remember the exact words, we talked about how God’s love was all around me.
