Love might be what life is all about. This talk will show how a bigger, truer sense of God can bring more thoughtful, tender affection to your relationships.

I may not be an architect, but I know the value of a strong foundation. My life improved when I began building on new views of myself and my identity, which sprang from a better concept of God than I’d had before.

Peace in a moment of despair, support without judgement or condemnation, inspiration when you are feeling blocked–these tangible expressions of goodness are what an understanding of God brings to each of us. This goodness is a presence, a power above all human or material laws.

This is the UK title for How spiritual perception brings healing. How can we move away from fear, sickness, and strife into something better? Prayer, as it’s explained through the lens of Christian Science, is a tool for bringing a different viewpoint, and ultimately healing, to any situation.

Circumstances often present what appear to be significant obstacles to living freely, something that everyone wants to do. Whatever it is that seems to stand between us and the full range of motion that we would like to have in our lives — it’s not so much the presenting impediment that is the problem — it’s not knowing how or where to access our God-given liberty.

When we feel overwhelmed by life’s problems, we may want to try to get more from the world. But when we do the opposite–give more of ourselves or focus on the God-given qualities we already have to express or contribute, we find that we end up not lacking anything.

Simple ideas, about God's nature and about our nature as expressions of God, stir something new in our consciousness. They work in us in ways that change our lives and our health for the better. But how do we find these healing ideas consistently? We’ll look at the teachings of Christ Jesus, our best and most practical example.

Looking back over the steps in her career and development as a Christian, Edwina feels a sense of order and progress stemming from her love of God and desire to help others.After finishing school, she asked herself what she wanted to do. The answer that came so clearly was to help people.

Chiemezi has always desired to understand how things work, often immersing himself in books in order to explore this desire.He encountered Christian Science as a teenager, through Sentinel radio– an audio program from the Christian Science Sentinel. At first, he didn't really understand it; but he felt there was something more to it that was worth exploring. He began to seriously study Christian Science many years later, applying that same desire to “understand how things work” he’d always felt.
