In consideration of my participation in events conducted by local members in collaboration with The First Church of Christ, Scientist, in Boston, MA (“The Mother Church”), and on behalf of myself (or my minor): I agree to indemnify and hold harmless, to the fullest extent permitted by law, First Church of Christ, Scientist, Ryde, Australia, The Mother Church, and The Mother Church’s affiliates, directors, trustees, officers, employees, and agents (collectively, the “Church Parties”) from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, expenses, and liability of every kind and nature, including for negligence and reasonable attorneys fees, that are asserted against or incurred by any of the Church Parties on account of injury or damage to person or property, caused by my (or my minor’s) acts or omissions or suffered by me (or my minor) as a result of my (or my minor’s) participation in activities connected with the Christian Science Australia Summit 2026 (“the Event”).
