By participating in the Summit der Christlichen Wissenschaft (the “Event”), conducted in-person by the Germany Summit Committee 2026 (the “Committee”), with support of The First Church of Christ, Scientist, in Boston, MA (“The Mother Church”), you agree and give your consent to the terms below which is necessary for The Mother Church to document the Event in photographs, audio/video recordings, and still images that may capture your (or your minor’s) recognizable name, likeness, image, voice, statements, and other personal features (“Persona”), including in close-up and background images of people, groups of people, or video interviews. If you are under 18 years of age, your parent or legal guardian must consent on your behalf.
I hereby consent to The Mother Church’s use of my (or my minor’s) Persona in photographs, audio/video recordings, and still images that The Mother Church creates during the Event, including in print, audio/video, internet publications and websites of The Mother Church, its affiliates and licensees, including but not limited to an audio-visual report about the Event at the 2026 Annual Meeting of The Mother Church. You consent to any reports about the Event being included in advertising and promotional contexts that promote the 2026 Annual Meeting of The Mother Church, including its social media channels (including but not limited to Instagram and Facebook).
I also agree that all works including my (or my minor’s) Persona, that The Mother Church creates or uses in reliance on this consent and any other derivative works into which they are incorporated, are and shall remain the property of The Mother Church.
I understand that if I prefer, I may avoid camera lines of sight and speaking during recorded activities at the Event. If I don’t want to be audio/video recorded or photographed during the Event, I agree to let a Summit leader know before the Event begins. However, I agree to any incidental or inadvertent uses of my (or my minor’s) image, likeness, and statements, etc. made by The Mother Church described in the release above.
