Dormitory lodging option
This year we are offering the following lodging option for Annual Meeting:
For any adult for whom the cost of lodging in Boston would keep them from attending Annual Meeting, we are offering basic dormitory lodging for up to three days (Saturday-Monday) on a first-come, first-served basis.
Note: Dorm rooms have two people per room—there are no single dormitory rooms—and include an attached bathroom, bedsheets, and blanket. Toiletries will not be provided.
You will have the option to choose a roommate when you register. If you don’t indicate a roommate, one will be assigned to you.
If you would like to extend gratitude to The Mother Church for offering lodging to Annual Meeting attendees, please donate below. The cost to the Church for dormitory lodging is $75 per night.
Note: The FIFA World Cup will take place in Boston beginning June 11, 2026. FIFA organizers tell us that this event will impact domestic and international travel, hotel availability, and local public transportation. We recommend planning your travel with this in mind.
