Lodging Information

Free lodging for youth and young adults

We are offering free dormitory lodging at Northeastern University for those ages 18-35. You may room with your spouse, if applicable, or choose a roommate. You will be able to sign up for lodging when you register online. Please register for Annual Meeting by May 1st.

Discounted lodging for all attendees

We are also offering dormitory lodging for all Annual Meeting attendees over 35 traveling without children for a reduced rate of $84/night for a single room and $138/night for a double room (details below). Please reserve your room by May 1. This lodging is limited and is first come, first served. You will be able to indicate that you are interested in this lodging option when you register online. We will then email you a follow up form to confirm and pay for your lodging.

  • Single Room – Private: $84/night
    This room has one single bed and a private bathroom. You must be 18 years or older. No more than one person may stay in a single room.

  • Double room – Shared: $138/night
    This room has two single beds and a private bathroom. If you select this option, you will need to provide the name and contact number of your roommate during the reservation process. Both room occupants must be over 18 years or older. No more than two people may stay in a double room. Please note: room rate will remain the same, even if a roommate does not stay in the room.

Please note that there is no service at The Mother Church for connecting visitors with members who have space in their home and welcome paying guests.
