We also offer discount rates for local hotels and a list of hotels in the area to assist in your search. Please visit the lodging page for more information.
Please note that we recommend that you reserve your accommodations before making flight reservations.
Wherever you choose to stay, we recommend looking up the distance and travel time from your accommodation to The Mother Church using Google or Apple maps. Sometimes, lodging that is a short distance away can still have longer commute times to get into the heart of the city and to The Mother Church.

Please register your child by May 18. See childcare page for registration and more information.

However, members of The Mother Church may apply to the Clerk’s office for letters of invitation needed for visa purposes. Please fill out the registration form to indicate your request for an invitation letter by April 1st.
Wireless headsets are available on each floor of the auditorium. Please ask an usher on the floor where you will be sitting. Please return the headset to an usher after each event.
The Mother Church Extension and the Original Edifice, along with the Publishing House lobby, are wheelchair-accessible.
Individuals in wheelchairs or walkers may use a newly installed elevator from the Plaza parking garage for access to every level of the Church, including the Church lobby and The Mother Church Extension auditorium. They may also be dropped off by the Portico ramp on the Plaza by The Mother Church Extension, and then drivers can park their cars in the garage. If the individual is comfortable walking up a few stairs, an escalator is also available from the garage.
Those who are flying into Boston Logan International Airport for Annual Meeting have a few transportation options to get from the airport to The Mother Church and your nearby accommodations.
