Childcare for Annual Meeting 2026

Free childcare will be provided for children ages 0–11 during Annual Meeting on Monday, June 8, from 12 noon to 3:30 p.m.

Registration

Please register your children (0-11 years old) for childcare by May 18, using the Annual Meeting registration form. This advance registration enables us to provide adequate staff and plan for age-appropriate activities.

Arriving for Childcare

  • Please ask an usher or staff member to direct you to the childcare check-in area. 

  • Childcare will take place in the Sunday School of The Mother Church Extension.

  • There will be some additional paperwork to complete, so please arrive at least 15 minutes before the start of the event you wish to attend. 

  • Plan to pick up your children immediately following the event. Children are welcome to attend the Hymn Sing on Sunday and Annual Meeting on Monday.

Sunday School

All young people up to the age of 20 are always welcome at Sunday School at The Mother Church during the Sunday service at 10:00 a.m. (Childcare is offered at the 5:00 p.m. Sunday evening church service—no registration needed).
