Online Christian Science Sunday School

Online Sunday School is much like a branch church Sunday School class. It is offered to students who do not live near a Christian Science church. Students join an online class via video conference using a computer, tablet, or phone. All Sunday School classes are live sessions, not pre-recorded, and invite active participation. We welcome students up to the age of 20. Classes are taught in English, Spanish, and French at a variety of times every Sunday to serve students around the world.

Students up to the age of 20. Pupils are grouped in small classes by age. If you're under 18, have your parent or guardian fill out the Online Sunday School Permission section.

It begins with a hymn. Then the class reads the Golden Text and Responsive Reading from that week’s Bible Lesson, followed by a few moments of silent prayer, and then the Lord’s Prayer. Then it is class time! Class discussions focus on the Bible, and the Christian Science textbook, Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures by Mary Baker Eddy. The teaching highlights the timeless truths of the Bible and their relevance in everyday life.

Online Sunday School classes meet via live video and/or audio conference. Classes are held at various times--reflecting the different time-zones where students live--and last for one hour. Classes are available in English, French, and Spanish, and requests for classes in other languages can be considered.
