Awful poverty in a polygamous family--these words describe well the condition in which I first became aware of my existence in the remote countryside of South-Eastern Togo, West Africa, where I was born. Traditional animism, worship of and belief in many spirits, nurtured my heathen early education. But this was not a limit, as it only caused me to question and search for the truth of life, God.

When sent to school, I thrived well until I went to university in a town where my modesty and lack of confidence became unbearable and definitely blocked my way ahead. But it was at that time that I found Christian Science through a radio program. I got and studied Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures by Mary Baker Eddy, and saw my worries dissolved. That was the turning point, as my life since then has been “big with blessings” (p. vii).

I graduated in Sociology of Development, having the desire to help alleviate poverty for my people. After many years of service as a high school teacher, child rights defender, Peace-building and Arms control consultant for international organizations, I came to agree with Mrs. Eddy that only “Grace and Truth are potent beyond all other means and methods” (S&H p. 67) to heal and improve the world. Since then, my sole purpose has been to commit everything to sharing Truth with honest seekers of Truth. I entered the public healing practice in 2014 and had Normal class in 2018.
