Engage!

How to share freely and courageously.

Get involved – it blesses you as well!

Love is reflected in love! College is a time of exploration and answer-seeking, and both you and your peers have so much to give.

Take a stand for humanity’s natural inclination towards God, good

Holding a correct view of man as God’s idea, we can know that students are naturally attracted to the logic and love behind Christian Science.

More

Challenge the reluctance to reach out

Sharing Christian Science is a natural part of living Christian Science, and we are led as to when and how. Christian Science is eye-opening, life-altering, and healing, and therefore the greatest gift we can give!

More

Find common ground

There is no “us” and “them.” Our peers are no different from us, and we can be confident in sharing our good with all of our friends, because our actions are rooted in love for and unity with all man, not a sense of superiority.

More

Build on others’ love of spirituality

Regardless of religion, everyone faces the same questions. People are hungry for spiritual answers and, through reflection, you have infinite good to share!

More

Remember — it’s about collaboration, not competition

Religious communities on campus are founded on a basis of community and love for God and that is something we share with other Christian groups. As a result, the natural state of ecumenical interactions must be one of harmony and brotherhood.

Let your life be your example

Actions speak louder than words. As our understanding of Christian Science deepens, spiritual love has a ripple effect into every part of our lives. Lived Christianity will make more of an impression than words ever could!

Use your resources!

You’re never alone! Take advantages of your resources and reach out to those who can help you like the CSO support team, regional reps, and other student-run groups on campus.

Understand the power of one

God-directed activity comes with everything you need to accomplish your tasks! God’s plan is whole and complete, nothing lacking. If you are led to serve the CSO, you can trust that God’s law of provision is in activity in every moment. One with God is a majority.
